Summary

THE TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCE OF HEAT CAPACITY OF THE LAYERED CRYSTAL IS STUDIED EXPERIMENTALLY IN A TEMPERATURE RANGE OF 1.5 TO 20 K. CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE SPECIMEN HEAT CAPACITY IN A TRANSITION REGIONOF MAGNETIC TRANSITION (CRITICAL TEMPERATURE LOWER THAN ABOUT 1.5 K) ARE FOUND. THE DATA ON LOW-TEMPERATURE LATTICE HEAT CAPACITY PERMIT THE DEBYE TEMPERATURE TO BE ESTIMATED.
