Thermodynamic modelling of reciprocating chillers.
Author(s) : IOSIFESCU C.
Type of article: Article
Summary
The paper presents a simple thermodynamic model for predicting the performance of reciprocating chillers. The model proposed in the paper, with adjustable parameters that characterize the irreversibilities of a particular installation, is shown to be capable of reproducing actual performance data better than experimental methods.
