Summary

In recent years, a large amount of data on the thermodynamic and transport properties of water-lithium bromide systems have been generated, and is the result of the appearance of double- and triple-effect absorption installations on the market. The article presents equations used to describe the enthalpy and pressure of aqueous water-lithium bromide solutions in the concentration range 0 to 75% and for temperatures up to 210 °C. It enables use in computer simulations of absorption systems. The objective of the study was to compile the most recent available information on water-lithium bromide solutions and to present it in a form suitable for computer calculations. Calculations and equations were compared and the results are presented in the form of tables and graphs.
