IN ORDER TO MEASURE AIR INFILTRATIONS, A SIMPLE AND LOW-COST SAMPLING TECHNIQUE USING SULFUR HEXAFLUORIDE IS DESCRIBED. THE EFFECT OF ADSORPTION OR ABSORPTION OF THE TRACER AND INADEQUATE AIR CHANGES IN THE INTERIOR OF THE ROOM SHOULD BE ALLOWED FOR IN THE INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS.
