TRANSITION BOILING HEAT TRANSFER IN CRYOGENIC LIQUIDS. THEORY AND EXPERIMENTS.

Author(s) : KOSTYUK V.

Summary

THE AUTHORS GIVE THE THEORETICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS OF INVESTIGATIONS OF TRANSITION BOILING AND ITS BOUNDARIES. THEY PROPOSE A SIMULATION OF TRANSITION BOILING, BASED ON THE ANALYSIS OF GENERATION PROCESSES AND THE CESSATION OF LIQUID CONTACTS WITH THE HEATING SURFACE. THEY GIVE TEST RESULTS FOR THE PHYSICAL MECHANISM OF HEAT EXCHANGE PROCESS IN THE TRANSITION BOILING OF DIFFERENT LIQUIDS.
