Summary

TRANSVERSE ELECTRON FOCUSING IS CONSIDERED IN A NORMAL METAL SPECIMEN INCORPORATING A SUPERCONDUCTING COATING BETWEEN THE EMITTER AND THE COLLECTOR. THE ANDREEV SCATTERING IS SHOWN TO ENTAIL APPEARANCE OF ELECTRON FOCUSING LINES OF DIFFERENT SIGNS. THE FOCUSIONG PEAK INTENSITIES PROVIDE INFORMATION CONCERNING ANDREEV SCATTERING PROBABILITIES FOR ELECTRON AND HOLE CENTERS AT THE NORMAL-SUPERCONDUCTOR INTERPHASE.
