Summary

AN APPROXIMATION IS PROPOSED FOR THE TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCE OF THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY FOR YTTRIUM-BASED HIGH-CRITICAL TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTORS IN A WIDE TEMPERATURE RANGE, INCLUDING THE SUPERCONDUCTING TRANSITION. THE PHONON THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY IS ASSUMED TO CONSIST OF < QUASI-TWO-DIMENSIONAL > AND < THREE-DIMENSIONAL > COMPONENTS. AN ELECTRON CONTRIBUTION TO BOTH THE THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY AND THERMAL RESISTIVITY IS TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT.
