UNSTEADY CONDUCTOR HEATING PROBING WEAKLY AND STRONGLY STRATIFIED CRYOLIQUID.
Author(s) : KAMIOKA Y., CHUANG C., FREDERKING T. H. K.
Summary
THE TRANSIENT TEMPERATURES DUE TO THE QUICK APPLICATION OF A HEAT FLOW TO THERMALLY STRATIFIED LIQUID WERE STUDIED. THE THEORETICAL RESULTS FOR LIQUID NITROGEN AGREE WITH THE TEST FOR THE LIQUID WITH NEGLIGIBLE STRATIFICATION. A SATISFACTORY AGREEMENT WITH THE ANALYSIS IS OBTAINED BY ADJUSTING TRANSPORT COEFFICIENT.
