THE RESULTS OF USE IN MOSCOW TRADE AND PUBLIC COLD STORES OF THE NEW COOLING AGENT KAL'TOZINE, AN INHIBITED SODIUM CHLORIDE AQUEOUS SOLUTION, ARE DESCRIBED. ITS USE MARKEDLY EXTENDS THE LIFETIME OF BRINE SYSTEMS AND DECREASES THE ENERGY CONSUMPTION FOR REFRIGERATION BY 4 TO 6%.
