USE OF ELECTRICAL ANALOGY BY COMPUTER IN THE MODELLING OF BEEF COOLING TUNNELS.

Author(s) : DOMINGUEZ M., et al.

Summary

SOME POSSIBILITIES OF ELECTRICAL ANALOGY SOLVED BY PERSONAL COMPUTERS ARE SHOWN IN THE DESIGN OF REFRIGERATION PLANTS. A CLASSICAL TUNNEL FOR THE REFRIGERATIONOF BEEF HALVES (15,000 KG/24 HOURS) WITHOUT PREVIOUS AIR TREATMENT HAS BEEN CHOSEN AS AN EXAMPLE. BIOLOGICAL CONDITIONS CONSIDERED ARE DESCRIBED, AS WELL AS THE BASIC HYPOTHESIS USED FOR MODELLING, THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ELECTRICAL MESH USED AND SOME RESULTS.
