Summary

The need for cryogenic corpuscular targets with micron range comes in the development of modern accelerator technology. The most interesting is using of such targets in experiments on particle acceleration and in experiments for study the interaction of laser radiation with matter. The special cooling scheme was developed to fulfill the conditions of monodisperse disintegration of cryogenic jets. This facility produces the flow of solid monodisperse granules of hydrogen, nitrogen and argon.
