Various parameters in determining how air quality is perceived.

Verschiedene Einflüsse auf die Bestimmung der Empfundenen Luftqualität.

Author(s) : SPIESS T., FITZNER K.

Summary

The paper shows that satisfaction levels vary depending on whether trained or untrained test subjects are used, and on whether tests are done in the field or in a laboratory environment. Trained subjects produced fewer anomalies in results, thus proving more valuable for collecting data. Laboratory tests were found to produce much higher levels of dissatisfaction than tests in offices. Moreover, the latter produced good and reproducible results.
