Summary
Frost formation cannot be readily treated as a growth of uniform materials such as ice because of the complicated nature of frost layers. So it is very important to understand the nature of frost by means of the visualization of frost formation. In this article, the author explains a method of visualization of frost formation using photographs and discusses the frost formation processes under various frosting conditions.
