Summary

The air conditioning system (SKV) in a living space with the heating and air exchange arrangement on the basis of the scheme of displacement ventilation considered by the authors in the first part of the article, allows reduction of heat consumption in the coldest time period by ~25.6 Wt/m2 (~38%) compared to the conventional alternative of heating system. The authors have proposed a circuit of energy-saving heating system on the basis of refrigeration machine, which during round year can effectively solve the problems of heating and ventilation of residential spaces. For this purpose the heating unit utilizes and stores the heat of exhaust flows of air and sewage effluents. During the whole year, condensation heat from refrigeration machine in heat pump mode goes for hot water supply, ventilation and heating, and in summer in the evaporator of refrigeration machine, cold for air conditioning system of the living space is generated.
