Summary

The Dutch environmental regulations covering chilling, freezing and air-conditioning plants working on CFCs and HCFCs have been considerably modified since January 1, 2001. This leaflet lists the most important changes concerning automobile air-conditioning systems and gives some recommendations for the use and maintenance of these systems.
