Four Frisbee-project partners will conduct a major field study in Four representative European countries ( Belgium, France, Greece and UK) this summer. RFID recorders will be incorporated inside the ham packaging on its way out from the factory, in the aim of following the product temperature all the way to the household refrigerator.
The goal of this field study is to identify the weakest link of the cold chain to improve food quality and safety.
