Résumé

These two volumes of the publication "Vegetable Crops Research Bulletin" contain 58 papers presented at the Polish vegetable crops conference held in Skierniewice (Poland). Extract from the table of contents: elaboration of optimal conditions for micropropagation and cryopreservation of garlic; chlorophyll fluorescence of cucumber fruits as affected by storage conditions; soluble phenol content and peroxidase activity in broccoli heads during short-term storage; effect of controlled atmosphere storage on the quality of zucchini squash; the effect of modified interactive packaging on the postharvest storage of certain vegetables.
