Résumé

The use of caps was satisfactory, but labour intensive. Using plastic films was also satisfactory and required less labour. In storage at 4, 10 or 16 deg C, the diameter of the yellow heart increased with increasing temperature, but at 16 deg C the shelf life was poor.
