LES FRUITS EMBALLES PRESENTENT MOINS D'ACCIDENTS DUS AU FROID ET UNE SENSIBLE REDUCTION DE LA PERTE DE MASSE. LE POURCENTAGE D'ACCIDENTS MICROBIENS, LES INDICES DE QUALITE DE JUS ET L'ACTIVITE RESPIRATOIRE A LA FIN DE L'ENTREPOSAGE FRIGORIFIQUE N'ONT PAS MANIFESTE D'ALTERATIONS.
