A "disposable", personalised chilled display cabinet: chilled food is moving up!
Un meuble réfrigéré "jetable" et personnalisé : enfin le frais s'habille !
Author(s) : MOREAU B.
Type of article: Article
Summary
A disposable display cabinet is needed, first of all, for the seasonal needs of neighborhood grocery stores and convenience stores that want to acquire or expand their refrigeration equipment. Refrigerated trucks deliver loaded display cabinets to the shops. Once they are empty, they are exchanged for full ones. Only the stationary cooling part, which is rented out, remains in the sales outlet throughout the sales period.
