Summary
Lettuce quality was better under all controlled-atmosphere regimes compared with the control (0.21). Percentage weight loss and respiration rate were lowest in the 3-3 regime %CO2 - %O2 and this regime along with the 5-5 regime were considered the most suitable for storing lettuce.
