THE AA. DESCRIBE THE AIR CONDITIONING PLANT OF A LABORATORY AND OF SEVERAL OFFICES, WITH A SURFACE OF 64 M2 AND A VOLUME OF 186 M3, IN OPERATION IN NAPLES: TWO FLAT PLATE SOLAR COLLECTORS ONE IN CORRUGATED ALUMINIUM WITH GLASS AND ONE IN EXTRUDED RUBBER WITHOUT GLASS USED ALTERNATIVELY, WITH STORAGE IN TWO UNPRESSURISED TANKS. THE HEAT PUMP HAS A DOUBLE EVAPORATOR AND MAY USE WATER OR EXTERNAL AIR AS THE HEAT SOURCE. AN AUTOMATIC SYSTEM CONTROLS THE COLLECTION AND ACCUMULATION OF SOLAR ENERGY AND WINTER OPERATION. THE PLANT IS EQUIPPED WITH MEASURING INSTRUMENTS FOR OPERATING DATA AND METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS.
