THE DEPARTMENT FOR MARKET RESEARCH AND ORGANIZATIONS, KARL MARX UNIVERSITY FOR ECONOMICS (BUDAPEST), MADE A STUDY OF THE MARKETABILITY OF QUICK-FROZEN FOODS IN BUDAPEST. THE PURCHASE AND CONSUMPTION HABITS OF THE POPULATION, THE SUPPLY OF THE QUICK-FROZEN FOOD AND ALTERNATIVE PRODUCTS WERE INVESTIGATED. THE AIM OF THE STUDY WAS TO PROVIDE THE REFRIGERATION-INDUSTRY WITH MORE INFORMATION AND ENABLE IT TO ADJUST ITS MARKETING ACTIVITIES.
