A STUDY ON THE PHYSIOLOGICAL AND IMMUNOLOGICAL FUNCTIONS OF THE CRYOPRESERVED HUMAN LYMPHOCYTES.
Author(s) : ZHENG S. Y.
Summary
IN HUMAN BLOOD LYMPHOCYTES CRYOPRESERVED WITH 10% DMSO (OR 10% GLYCEROL) OR 40% SERUM OF THE AB GROUP MIXED WITH 50% OF RPMI 1640 SOLUTION DURING ONE YEAR, THERE IS NO EVIDENT CHANGE IN THE VIABILITY RATIO. THE LYMPHOCYTES ARE STILL VIABLE, ALTHOUGH THE CELLS ARE SHRIVELLED, BUT REPRODUCTION CAPACITY IS A LITTLE LOWER.
