THE SUITABILITY OF EARLY POTATOES FOR FREEZING WAS BASED ON THE MORPHOLOGICAL AND THE ORGANOLEPTICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THIS PRODUCT WHICH WERE DETERMINED FROM TESTS CARRIED OUT IN A TYPICAL FREEZING SYSTEM EMPLOYED IN A POLISH COMPANY.
