AN INVESTIGATION INTO THE STORAGE LOSSES AND ON THE AMOUNT OF REDUCING SUGARS AND DRY MATTER IN PARCELS OF POTATOES STORED AT VARIOUS CONDITIONS: FROM 293 TO 312 K (20 TO 39 DEG C) AND 30-75% RELATIVEHUMIDITY, WITH A COOLING PROCESS BY PASSIVE EVAPORATION: 289 TO 303 K (16 TO 30 DEG C), 70-90% RH, OR WITH REFRIGERATION AT 275 TO 277 K (2 TO 4 DEG C), 90-95% RH.
