Summary
The paper analyzes the heat pump market in Poland, with particular emphasis on air heat pumps. It also presents the current legal situation of refrigerants and their impact on the environment, as well as the plan to reduce their influence on global warming. Moreover, the article compares the proposed alternative refrigerants with low GWP, which could be used in air heat pumps. The heat pump system was compared in two version, with an without subcooling. The analysis was done in changing parameter of the COP factor, compared to the currently used refrigerants.
