AIR-TO-WATER HEAT PUMP CHILLER SYSTEM. AN ANALYSIS OF VARIANCE IN ANNUAL ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION.

Author(s) : KOMATSU M., AGAWA M.

Summary

A SIMULATION PROGRAM WAS DEVELOPED FOR CALCULATING THE ANNUAL ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION OF THE AIR-TO-WATER HEAT PUMP CHILLER SYSTEM OF A BUILDING'S AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. AS A RESULT, ONE CAN DETERMINE THE QUANTITATIVE EFFECTS ON THE ANNUAL ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION IN A TOKYO BUILDING CAUSED BY THE BUILDING'S STRUCTURE, INTERNALLY GENERATED HEAT, AIR CONDITIONING CONDITIONS, AND METHOD OF CONTROL OF THE AIR-TO-WATER HEAT PUMP CHILLER.
