Summary
The article presents the results of a technical and economic study of the industrial complex and office buildings of the Paragon Research and Development Centre, focusing on various energy supply systems, including heating, electricity and refrigeration. The user is the car manufacturing company McLaren. The new 35 000-m building will be located in Woking, west of London. The energy supply system were designed using efficient modern solutions (cogeneration with heat engines, fuel cells) and associated forms of energy (thermal energy for heating and cooling, electricity).
