Summary
Main problems of theoretical and experimental evaluation methods concerning ecological and energy efficiency characteristics of new refrigerants application in refrigerating plant are discussed in the article. The drawbacks and advantages of existing methods intended to evaluate refrigerating equipment efficiency are considered. It is shown that information about mixture refrigerant/compressor oil properties has the priority meaning when a decision should be made about alternative refrigerants application.
