An improved low temperature valve.
Author(s) : BRUCKNER N., BACKHAUS S., PACKARD R.
Summary
The authors have developed a small valve (2.35 cm in diameter by 2.8 cm long) for use in superfluid helium. The valve uses a hydraulically actuated, closely guided Torlon tip that seals against a polished stainless steel seat.
