Number: pap. 1065

Author(s) : TOLSTOREBROV I., EIKEVIK T. M., CORBERÁN J. M.

Summary

Most of the natural refrigerants are related to “dangerous” fluids. The parameters such as toxicity, flammability and high pressure limit their usage in industry, commercial sector and household. This work compares requirements of European (EN) and International (ISO) standards and other issues for different types of systems and areas of installation. The article reviews important system’s design parameters, which should be taken into account during design, production and installation of the systems.
