Analysis of the roto-cooler air-conditioning system.
Author(s) : YUAN M. H.
Type of article: Article, IJR article
Summary
The roto-cooler rotary blade air cycle air-conditioning system is simpler and less expensive than conventional vapour compression air-conditioning systems. The effects of the heat exchanger length on air temperatures and pressures, the cooling capacity, the thermal COP and the total COP of the system are studied. Numerical results of the specific operating conditions are compared with the available data.
