Application of ammonia for heat-and-cold supply systems in processes of purifying technical gases.

Author(s) : DIACHENKO O., DIACHENKO T.

Summary

This paper is devoted to the investigation of heat-and-cold supply (HCS) systems in processes of purifying technical gases in the temperature range of 150 to 350 K. The heat-and-cold supply system for an installation of purifying R-216 was investigated by rectification method on the basis of vapour-compression refrigerating machine (VCRM) and heat pump (HP). Coefficient of cycle efficiency and exergetic COP are calculated under operation of R-717, R-22 and R-407B for VCRM as well as R-114, R-142b and R-600a for HP.
