A LISTING OF TESTS TO DETERMINE THE MORPHOLOGICAL, CHEMICAL AND ORGANIC CHANGES IN POLAND AND THE NETHERLANDS. BASED ON THESE TESTS, OPTIMAL SPECIES HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR CULTIVATION AND FROZEN STORAGE IN THE REGIONS OF OLSZTYN AND LEGNICA PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS ARE GIVEN.
