THE ARTICLE OPENS WITH A METHOD FOR CULTIVATING CAULIFLOWERS AND POINTS OUT TREATMENTS WHICH INFLUENCE THE HIGH QUALITY OF FROZEN CAULIFLOWERS. THE FREEZING PROCESSES TESTED IN 3 INDUSTRIAL FACTORIES ARE DESCRIBED AND THE TEST RESULTS ARE ANALYSED.
