Application of refrigerated transport in enterprises within the food industry.
[In Russian. / En russe.]
Author(s) : KUNICKAÂ M. G.
Summary
The Russian food market is dynamically developing. The requirements of clients regarding the final quality of products are becoming more demanding. Controlling units adopt more rigid sanitary rules concerning perishables. Certain enterprises involved in the food industry created programmes to organize "a cold chain" for product movement from the production line to the customer. One section of the programme is equipping all transport means with refrigerating installations that maintain specified temperatures when transporting products in all seasons of the year. All these issues brought about intensive development of the transport branch of refrigeration. The paper presents and describes the activity of the firm "Avtodelo" in Nizhniy Novgorod as an example of a Russian firm producing refrigerating equipment for refrigerated transport.
