THE TURBOREFRIGERATING MACHINES WITH OPEN CYCLE PROVIDE HEAT AND COLD FOR DRYING VEGETABLE MATERIALS WITH RETURN AIR AND THE SUBSEQUENT FREEZING OF DRIED PRODUCTS. DURING 30 MIN DRYING THE MASS DECREASES TO 35%. THE PRODUCTS OBTAINED HAVE A HIGH NUTRIENT AND ORGANOLEPTIC VALUE. THE FREEZING TIME IS HALVED. SPECIFIC ENERGY COSTS FOR FREEZING ARE REDUCED BY 1.68 TIMES.
