Summary
In this work, the two techniques have been used for the preparation of coatings on the metallic and non-metallic surfaces using different zeolites. The direct synthesis of silico-allumino zeolites and allumino-phosphor-silicate zeolites on the surface of the heat exchanger is critically reviewed in terms of the coating properties. Moreover, a new coating method based on the use of a properly developed binder is presented. Physical, mechanical, and adsorption properties of the binded coating are presented and his applicability for adsorption heat pumps is discussed.
