Summary
Braeburn, a variety of two-coloured apple is welcomed by consumers. It originates from New Zealand and has been imported by France for the last decade. Presently, it is grown on the West coast of the USA, in South Africa, Italy and France. Its storage conditions are given as: normal cool conditions, a conventional controlled atmosphere and treatment with a low oxygen content.
