Summary
This specification refers to carrots (of a declared size range of between 10 and 22 mm shoulder diameter) prepared by an appropriate freezing process produced from the plant Daucus carota. The process ensures stability of colour and flavour and the product temperature shall not be warmer than -18 deg C after thermal stabilization.
