Summary

These proceedings contain 26 papers of this IIR workshop, held in Horw/Lucerne, Switzerland, on May 16-18, 2001. The main purpose of the Working Party on Ice Slurries is to provide an international platform for the exchange of the experiences made in this challenging field of technology and to discuss the results of the work performed during the last year.
