Summary

The postharvest characteristics of Calocarpum sapota (Pouteria sapota) fruits stored at 15 plus or minus 2 °C and treated with 5% CO2, 5.6% of oxygen and 89.3% of nitrogen for four weeks were studied. Fruits maintained good quality during the 3 weeks of storage.
