CO2 as refrigerant. Technically and environmentally relevant effects from a global view.
CO2 in Kälteanlagen. Technische und umweltrelevante Auswirkungen aus globaler Sicht.
Author(s) : KRAUS W. E.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Carbon dioxide has good chances of once again playing a role as a refrigerant in the future. The requirements and the burden generated by the increased application of CO2 refrigeration systems are discussed in relation to the natural and anthropogenic emissions from the use of HFC systems. The comparison shows a positive results for CO2 application.
