Summary
The mathematic model and characteristic analysis of cold energy utilization on liquefied natural gas were set forth. Several ways of LNG cold energy utilization were also introduced, including electricity generation, air separation, dry ice production and cold store. The cold energy utilization potential of LNG in China is very large. This technology should be recognized and adopted in the process of LNG terminal construction in order to recover LNG cold energy and save energy.
