Summary
The Carrefour supermarket located at Collégien, France, opened in 2003 in order to replace an old hypermarket until then established in a neighbouring district. The plant, which uses CO2 as a secondary refrigerant for freezer applications and ice slurries for refrigeration, is the result of close cooperation between the end user, the fitter and the manufacturer.
