Study of the cultivars Douhoku 50 Yukihikari and Nourin 20. The oleic acid-linoleic acid ratios of the phospholipids and the triacylglycerols rise proportionately to the cold tolerance, as does the amount of linoleic acid in diglycosyldiacylglycerols.
