Summary
Based on characteristics of the office building, considers two design schemes—independent air conditioning power station scheme and municipal network cooling and heating scheme, and makes comparison from the aspects of air conditioning load, equipment selection, investment and operating cost. The results indicate that the scheme of using municipal network for central cooling in summer has the advantages of reducing the investment and operating cost, improving efficiency of the network, reducing urban power consumption in summer and balancing network load. Points out some issues needed to be considered, including building characteristics for selecting equipments of power station of office buildings, pertinence of air conditioning load calculation and application of energy-saving and automatic control technology.
