Summary
The article studies the improvement in the coefficient of heat transfer between a fluid current and a plane surface, turbulence being produced by fins of various shapes fixed along the flow path of the fluid, on the surface. Vortices are thus produced and the results are measured as a function of the geometry of the fins and the Reynolds and Nusselt numbers.
