A PROPOSED SYSTEM IS A HEAT OPERATED REFRIGERATION MACHINE. IT GETS USE OF THE ENERGY REJECTED FROM AN AUTOMOBILE EXHAUST GASES AS A DRIVING ELEMENT WHICH ELIMINATES PERFORMANCE PROBLEMS AND ALSO DECREASES THE ENGINE POWER DRAIN AND HENCE INDUCES A SAVE IN THE ENGINE FUEL CONSUMPTION. THIS SYSTEM IS OF AN EJECTOR-REFRIGERATION SYSTEM TYPE WITH R113 AS DRIVING AGENT AND AS REFRIGERANT. A COMPUTER PROGRAM IS DEVISED TO DESIGN ALL COMPONENTS OF AN EJECTOR COOLER SYSTEM AT THE OPTIMUM CONDITIONS FOR 3.5 KILOWATT COOLING CAPACITY WHICH CORRESPONDS TO COP OF 0.404.
